So now that we have Sukin's amazing range on our shelves, I thought I would tell you a little bit more about them. Where better to start than with the particular products that I myself have been using.
We bumped into the Sukin representatives at the Natural & Organic Show in London back in April this year. They were kind enough to let us take some of their products away to try for ourselves.
Since the show I've been using the 'Foaming Facial Cleanser 125ml with the pump action lid' everyday in the shower (Water-Soluble so the shower is an ideal place to use this product). I've got to say, I've never used a product before that's made my skin feel as instantly clean and refreshed as this does after every wash.
It contains rose hip, avocado and aloe vera, all of which help add hydration and moisture to the skin. Along with Wheat germ and Horsetail to help aid skin collagen and all round repairs to skins health.
I have also been informed that the Foaming Facial Cleanser effectively removes eye makeup.
Next on the list is the 'Detoxifying Facial Scrub 125ml Tube' from Sukin's newly released 'Super Greens' range.
Like the 'Revitalising Facial Scrub 125ml' this product contains ground up bamboo to give it its exfoliating properties, but rather than teaming that with ground walnut the super greens scrub contains Jojoba Beads. These have been finely ground along with the bamboo to create a grainy, gentle polish for the skin while the Kale, Spirulina, Chlorella and pineapple add essential vitamins, nutrients, proteins, fatty acids and enzymes to promote a gorgeous, glowing complexion and help promote collagen.
I usually use the Super Greens Revitalising Scrub once every couple of days or so, alongside the Foaming Facial Cleanser. Using the scrub before the Cleanser really opens up my pores and allows the cleanser to really work its magic on my skin.
Again, I use this product in the shower due to it being Water-Soluble. It can also be used on dry hands and rinsed for a quick hand revitalise.
And last but most certainly not least is the fantastic 'Rose Hip Hydrating Day Cream 120ml Jar'. This moisturiser is lovely and light on the skin and can be used sparingly. It is enriched with anti-ageing properties thanks to pomegranate which is also an anti-inflammatory. The rose hip oil targets and combats dry skin and helps repair scarring. Moisture is also returned to the skin thanks to avocado.
I use this cream every day in a morning after washing my face with the Foaming Facial Cleanser and within seconds the cream soaks in and my skin feels incredible for the rest of the day. I have only noticed that my skin has dried again if I have been playing football or at the gym and have managed to sweat the moisturiser away.
Overall, the condition of my skin from using these three products over the last few months has changed dramatically. I used to have very dry skin and outbursts regularly from using the wrong products. I now have smooth skin and my complexion is repairing. The small scarring from picking those few teenage spots has started to fade thanks to the Rose Hip Hydrating Day Cream. I may be tempted to try the 'Rose Hip Oil 25ml' to see if that can repair the scarring even better.
So anyway, don't just take my word for it. Try Sukin's incredible products and see what wonders they can do for you. I will be trying as many of their products as I can and will be doing similar reviews to this so keep your eyes peeled for any products you are unsure of.
